Coach Rivers Cynthia Blake


Coach Rivers’ professional career has spanned areas of the health and healing industry for over 30 years.

She is “TheLastDietCoach”  and is passionately committed to helping people find the missing link in their journey for health and extreme living. She is an author and speaker and consults in the health care industry. Her career began as a fitness instructor for corporate executives as well as pubic classes. Her clients presented health challenges, which ignited her interest in the health care arena. She obtained a BSNursing from the University of Washington Seattle, an MSNursing from the University of Phoenix, Management Leadership Training from New York University, and a Certificate in Aromatherapy.

Her experiences in nursing include Burn-Trauma, Family & Individual Therapy with Eating Disorders, Catastrophic Case Management, Quality and Risk. Her work, leadership and program development in the health care industry illuminated her passion for and understanding that the body is a miraculous machine, capable of healing when provided the correct balance to support body-mind-spirit. She is an Intuitive Energy Healer and is Registered with Yoga Alliance. Rivers has studied and integrated holistic modalities into her lifestyle and that of her clients with powerful results.

Coaching was woven into the fabric of her career in health care with patients and staff for over ten years. She received her coach training through Center for Coaching Mastery at CoachVille LLC.

Rivers enjoys fun and fitness related activities in nature, stargazing and practicing yoga in the tropical paradise of Hawaii, where she lives with her spouse, two of her sons and many animal children.
